Construction KICKS OFF november 2020!
The final phase of One Nashville’s tenant-centered improvements is a tenant lounge, accessible from both building entrances, boasting a large conference room, abundant seating and new retail.

march 2021
March was the last full month of construction in the lower level. The final phase of our 2-year improvement plan will be complete in mid-April when the temp wall comes down, furniture and artwork is delivered and installed, and we relocate our management team (for a final time) to their new home within the tenant lounge. We can’t wait to unveil our favorite phase of the project!
Lighting has been installed within the conference room, management office and the new stair
Fire-proofing and all HVAC/plumbing/electrical was completed
Concrete was polished and carpet has been installed
Ceiling grid was installed within the new conference room
Monumental staircase was framed, poured and is near completion
Storefront for the old management office (Suite 110), visible from the monumental stair, has been completed
TV’s have been installed within the conference room

february 2021
Crash decking was installed in the earlier half of the month, and installing guard rails to begin cutting and removing concrete for the new stairwell
Ceiling inspections were completed and hard lid ceilings were installed
Teams began to prep the area to run electrical
Concrete was removed and frame steels were installed for the new stairwell
Tilework in the tenant lounge bathrooms was started and completed

january 2021
At just about halfway through the third phase, things are really starting to take shape.
Insulation and drywall has been completed - squaring off the conference room and new management office from the future tenant lounge
Ceiling light fixtures and all fire protection are almost complete
Priming, painting and hard ceiling installation will end the month and carry into February
phase iii is just getting started as the end of the year approaches
December 2020
Despite 2020 not being the year that everyone thought it was going to be, One Nashville kept things moving to make 2021 at the building, a place tenants will want to come back to.
Graphics on the lobby temp wall announce what tenants have to look forward to (and a reminder of where you can find the onsite management team!)
Wall framing continued, and drywall and insulation began to be installed.
New monument signage at the corner of 4th & Commerce compliments that new stair that was completed in Phase II nicely, don’t you think?

New signage is being installed around the property, closing out Phase II. One Nashville tenants have likely noticed that the current management office has been replaced with a temporary wall at the end of the elevator lobby. Something exciting is coming…
Demo of the ground floor has started, starting with floor abatement
